Laundromat FAQ

Our laundromat is open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM, with the last wash at 8:30 PM. The doors automatically lock at 11:00 PM.

We are a coin laundromat, making it easy to pay for your washes and dries. We have ATM, bill breaker, and coin changer onsite.

Absolutely! We have a variety of machine sizes, including large 60 lb. Dexter washers and 50 lb. Dexter dryers, perfect for bulky items and large loads.

We have our own parking lot with plenty of spaces.

Yes, every day from 8AM to 4PM.

Wash and Fold Questions

You can drop off and pick up your wash and fold orders during our fluff and fold service hours, from 8AM to 4PM every day.

We use high-quality products including Wind Fresh, OxiClean, Bounce, and liquid softener to ensure your clothes are clean and fresh.

Yes, there is a modest 12 lb. minimum order for our wash and fold service.

For same-day service, please drop off your laundry by 11 AM. Otherwise, your order will typically be ready for next-day pickup.

No, we do not. We keep all orders separate to avoid mix-ups and cross-contamination.

Pickup and Delivery Questions

We offer convenient pickup and delivery services on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Yes, there is a $28.50 minimum order for our pickup and delivery service.

For pickup and delivery, we operate on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule. If we pick up on Monday, we drop off on Wednesday. If we pick up on Wednesday, we drop off on Friday. If we pick up on Friday, we drop off on Monday.

It is easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.

No, but you do need to leave written permission when scheduling online if you want us to leave your laundry. otherwise our driver will just try to make another attempt at delivery the next business day.

There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special instructions. 

No there is not. You can cancel at any time. 

Your credit card will be charged when your laundry order is completed. 

We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure kitchen bag that can be cinched closed. 

You can suspend your service until you return. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
